well this picture was taken while i was in bali. it is of the rice fields. the build them down the sides of the steep hills and dig out levels. then they run water off the top and it fills up each level. eventually they have each level fill with water and run off into a steam that continues down the mountain. this is the best method to grow rice, as the continual stream of fresh water makes it taste the best.

on an artistic not, i know that there are 2 major things wrong with this pic: 1. that you cant see the sky even a bit
2. that fuckin pine tree in in the road on the left hand side.

Ah nice, I defenetly need to get away from the ordinary. Looks like you had a nice trip, I would be scared that someone would stick some drugs in my bag on my way there like you hear on the news.

When i was in bali, i took a massive 2-3 hour toured walk through a rice patty field thing. It was pretty breathtaking, the whole time the tour guide would say "Bad Walk?" and everyone would say "No, GOOD WALK"... this went on for ages until finally we rocked up in front of a 'Bead Works' and he just pointed and said "Bad Walk!". I was ten it was funny okay :P

yeah our guide had an EXTREMLY annoying habit of pointing out the temples along the roads. i donmt know if you know it, but there is 1 temple to every 2 houses in bali.

we where a the Hard Rock Hotel, kuta beach

that shot was takin up in the mountians where we went white awter rafting
